About Our Name
Strip-T's was named after our original specialty sandwich, the roast sirloin strip, thus the cute logo (some people call it the dancing bacon). Over the years, our menu has changed. The strip sandwich is no longer available, but it was too late to change the name. We admit it's a dumb name, but it's catchy!

We are an independently owned restaurant. Our food is great and our quality is consistent, but what really helps us thrive is personal relationships, creativity, and loyalty.
